Holy Ragamuffins

I suck.

First, let me tell you that I am horrible at updating something every waking day of my life.
I just suck.

Here it goes, though:

Mah faithful peeps
Anyone who has ever looked at this blog.

Lazy bagel butt staring into the screen trying to make a corny apology.

Urr.... I've been really busy lately. School is going full force now, and so are friends. My first softball practice is Wednesday...
But, I will make a promise (no promises) to try and sweep this dustbunny out from under the bed.

X's and O's!

Dearest Phoebe,

I have been checking this blog every day or two, and I'm SO glad to see you are still alive and well out there in the blog-o-sphere.

I, too, know the pressure of trying to post regularly, and have been slipping a lot lately myself. Life happens, and living in the real world is more important than pretending to live via computers.

Still, we loves you, and we misses you, and we are so glad to see you back.

All will be forgiven with the first Chet Baker report!

Hi Phoebe,

Nice to hear you are affirmatively busy. That really does keep a person from doing everything she/he wants.

And I've postponed leaving a comment from your first week of blogging. I stumbled on your site from your mom's artist/naturalist blog, which I was referred to via the artist/naturalist Debby Kaspari's blog, which I . . . .

When I was in 6 or 7 years old, my family got a mixed breed poodle, named Phoebe. Supposedly she was mine, but not really. A couple decades after she passed on to doggy heaven, I asked my mother why she named or only dog "Phoebe." Turns out, if I had been a girl instead of a boy, I'd have been Phoebe Thompson instead of Daniel.

Geez, Girl, give cut yourself some slack! We miss you, we are glad you posted, however, we all understand life gets in the way. Be in the REAL world always. Be cyber sometimes. It does help keep your far-away friends in the loop, though.

Now, show us some pictures ;-)

Hey, I suck, too. You've posted a few times and I haven't been here. Lazy, Lazy, Lazy, I am.

We all need a break.
